Sentiment Analysis means evaluating and understanding the tone and meaning of what people have said or written about a particular product over the internet. The process of sentiment analysis involves in understanding the context and tone of human words. So when you want to do sentiment analysis using bag – of – words model then firstly set of words or string of words are given value as per the predefine dictionary and then all of them are added to give the result called the sentiment valuation. This model does not focus on the context or tone of the review or feedback.
• Understanding the text: Unlike Bag – of – words model this model truly attempts to understand the context and tone of the reviews and feedback. Under this model the sentiment analysis tools actually works towards understanding the sentence, its structure and context.
These two broad categories that define the working of sentiment analysis. With the help of these methods, you can search, monitor and compare your brand power on social media.
